  I eventually had to leave because my rate increases got too expensive (I was about about 15% more on my premium than when I first started with no tickets or anything). However, while I was there I was treated kindly. They were always helpful and wanting to do their best to help me out, but the rate that I had was really unpredictable. By the time I left I was paying a lot more than what I originally was. I don't have any complaints against the people at this specific location, because they are all friendly people and willing to help. I think that the problem is it's a smaller Insurance Company, and their rates have increased because of all the scams that go on now. I wouldn't necessarily recommend that you go to them, but I'm not saying you shouldn't either. I know a lot of people that are very happy with this company, I just had a bad experience as far as my rates go.
